Brett is a Partner at Incipient Group, focused on implementing business processes and programs that deliver value to our clients. Brett has 20-years of experience as an organizational leader with extensive experience in oil and gas marketing, program management, process improvement, financial planning and regulatory compliance. Before founding Incipient Group, Brett lead numerous teams at Chesapeake Energy and the United States Army. Brett is a graduate of the University of Southern California (B.S. Business) and holds both Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
Brett enjoys traveling, tennis, and being outdoors.
Graham Glaser, Partner
Graham is a Partner at Incipient Group, focused on implementing business processes and programs that deliver value to our clients. Graham has 20-years of experience as an organizational leader with extensive experience in mid-office support, process improvement, and contingency planning. Before founding Incipient Group, Graham spearheaded project efforts at Chesapeake Energy (CHK) and the United States Air Force (USAF). Graham is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (MBA) and Texas Christian University (BBA), holding both PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
Graham enjoys spending time in the mountains and road trips in his RV.
